At Cloudies™, we want you to feel like you're walking on air; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Cloudies™ items.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
